My name is Galen Dueck.

I grew up in Costa Rica and moved 8 years ago to Texas.

Over the years I've worked in almost every part of the shed business — construction, operations, sales, marketing and management.

That helps me see the bigger picture and understand how everything connects.I've always been drawn to software. Not just using it, but figuring out what it can do — what processes could be automated, what manual work didn't need to exist, and where systems could just work better.

When AI started becoming a real practical tool, it clicked immediately. It was the next layer of what I'd already been thinking about.

Today I focus on building systems that connect the dots across sales, marketing, and operations. That means CRM setups, automations, software integrations, and using AI where it actually makes a difference — not just where it sounds impressive.

I like taking things that feel messy and making them simple and organized. Details matter to me because they build trust and make businesses look and run sharp.

What I enjoy most is knowing the work I do makes things measurably easier for the people I work with.
