AEO-optimized website systems

I get your business recommended by AI when customers ask.

Search is turning into answers. Most business websites are written like brochures, so they never get cited and never get found. I restructure yours to be the answer, then wire the leads it produces into a CRM that follows up automatically.

The offer

An AEO-optimized website system. Not a website.

A website on its own is a brochure. A system gets found, captures the lead, and follows up before your competitor does. Four things, built together.

01

Answer structure

Every page written as a direct answer to a real question, with the schema that lets machines read it.

02

Pages that convert

Clear offer, one obvious next step, no dead ends. Fast, clean, built to be trusted.

03

CRM wired in

Every form lands in a pipeline with named stages. No lead sitting in an inbox.

04

Automated follow-up

A reply inside minutes, every time, whether or not anyone remembers to send it.

The machine

How the system moves a stranger to a signed invoice.

Five stages. No manual handoffs.

Who builds it

Built inside real businesses — not borrowed theory.

I’m Galen. I’ve worked in sales, operations, and marketing, which means I’ve seen where the handoffs break. I take businesses that feel messy and make them simple, organized, and repeatable.

Common questions

What is an AEO-optimized website system?

What does AEO mean?

AEO is Answer Engine Optimization — structuring your site so AI assistants like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google's AI answers can read it, trust it, and quote it. Traditional SEO chases a ranking. AEO earns the citation inside the answer itself.

How is this different from a normal website build?

A normal build ends at launch. This one starts with the questions your customers ask, answers each one on its own page with proper structured data, and connects every form to a CRM with automated follow-up. The site is one part of a system, not the whole deliverable.

Who is this for?

Trades and service businesses — builders, contractors, manufacturers, home services — that are already generating leads but losing them between the first inquiry and the signed deal. If your tools don't talk to each other, you're the fit.

How long does it take?

A full system build typically runs four to six weeks: one week mapping questions and pipeline, two to three weeks building pages and content structure, one week wiring the CRM and automations, then a review pass once real leads start moving through.
